Great service. The guy (Matt?) was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Needed a new hose for the radiator overflow reservoir, he pulled it off to make sure he was giving me the correct size and made sure I had hose clamps that fit over the thicker hose.

Super friendly. Had the part I needed when I was in a tough stop. Very helpful, offered the tools I needed to get my daughter back on the road. Could not speak higher.

Replaced defective alternator under warranty; i had receipt paperwork. Had it ordered and in hand next day. Verified operation before I left. I installed part & vehicle is operational. Couldn't have been any easier. Sorry it happened, but Matt stood behind warranty. Thanks.

Excellent customer service! My daughter is a student at the college and needed a new car Battery as it was dead. I purchased the battery and paid for it over the phone. Matt the manager went and met my daughter at the college and switched out her battery for her. It was 3 degrees today. Being out of state I really appreciate Matt going the extra mile! Great price on the battery as well!
