Eagle Chevrolet

A few weeks ago the thermostat was going out in my 2014 Chevrolet. I called on Thursday and they said to bring it in on Tuesday. I do not have another means of transportation so I called back and said please can you squeeze me in. I was placed on hold for a few seconds and than told to drop it off. Within a couple hours they called and said it was ready to go. The guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I am so thankful and appreciate ALL of them very much!!

I drove down from Rapid City as none of my local Dealers were willing to bargain so they lost my business. Kaylee was so helpful during my process all the staff was very knowledgeable I've never purchased from here before but with this experience I definitely will be a repeat Customer when the time comes.

After seeing an ad I called Eagle. Shawn got with me and I described what I was looking for. He never tried to change my mind into something I didn’t want. I told him I was ready, but patient. He told me he would contact me when he found the truck. I stayed patient but wasn’t finding what I wanted anywhere. Then Shawn called and told me he had my truck. I went there and he was right. Good price and integrity ! I’ll go there again!

Just picked up my vehicle from Eagle Chevrolet. Marshall performed a winterization tune-up. I was prepared to leave it overnight but he had it done before the end of the day and I was back on the road again! Thanks Marshall and the Eagle team 👍 I highly recommend their service department!
