I used to buy most of my parts from other parts stores in park rapids but got very tired of poor customer service so I started coming here instead, I’m much happier with Auto-Value now. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, I’m very happy about that. Thank you Auto-Value!
Auto Value stores are the only place to get heavy parts when the job really matters. Absolutely always buy Deka Ultimate batteries from here. You will not be disappointed.
Love this store and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have the part on hand they'll track it down and get it as soon as they can. Not sure what the part is or what's causing your issues? Just ask them, they'll point you in the right direction!
Lynn went the extra mile with me really helping me out and saving my day! He was more concerned with helping out a Stranger Than making a quick sale this quality of service is not easy to find!
