All the while keeping me informed with a pleasant helpful attitude.quality of the work was first rate and pricing was fair. They have earned all my future maintenance and repair work. This shop has always done great work, and the people here make all the difference. New to the area, I needed repair work done to my truck. I took it to Joe at Motor Works. He and his crew did a great job. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. Great experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I even offered to personally go to the AutoZone down the street to pick up the correct oil myself to keep things moving. Instead of working toward a solution, I was dismissed and told a different oil type would be used — despite me clearly stating the exact specification my vehicle requires. Ironically, when a location was eventually found that carried the proper oil, it turned out to be the exact product I originally mentioned I could go purchase myself. That unnecessary back-and-forth wasted time and demonstrated a lack of listening, flexibility, and basic customer consideration. I have never left an oil change service before completion in my life, but this situation left me with no confidence in the service being p

My all wheel drive stopped working on my Buick enclave. They found the the problem fairly quick and fixed it within a couple hours while I waited. Great job! Definitely would use their service again
