Tim has repaired our Samsung ice maker twice now. He's the only one that has this ice maker in stock and has always done a excellent job. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Based on the name, I had no idea they serviced washers/dryers. When our commercial units were in need of repair I called the main service tech in the area out of Rapid City. No one ever called me back after several calls and no one showed up to do service after 4 weeks. Luckily someone told me about Owens. Tim did a great job and the price was very very fair. Both units are like new again. I even missed the first service call - felt so bad. But Tim was understanding and came back a few days later. Thanks so much Tim!
