Best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I purchased a used F350. "As is no warranty" There was a shimmy in the front end when I left with the truck that wasn't there during the test drive. I contacted Jaclyn who was the sales rep. We discussed the issue and she scheduled an appointment with service to look things over. When I took the truck in, the service technician found a couple other issues as well. I talked with the sales manager Kristi to disscuss the repairs. After a brief conversation Kristi went and spoke to the general manger. Tim and Kristi both came back out in the shop and told me that they would make all the repairs at no cost. I cannot tell you how impressive that was. For the second time I took my truck in to get a recall fixed and a new seat belt assembly replaced. It would take me an hour to explain everything. After a total of three hours, nothing got fixed. Bottom line, The wrong recall part was sent and the wrong seat belt assembly was sent. To add insult to injury it’s a 1 1/2 hours drive to get to the dealer. And now We have to take two vehicles and leave my truck. I never had any problems with the previous owner of the dealership

Brought my Ford Ranger in for its first oil change. The service department was great. Got me in quickly with minimal wait time and the price was super reasonable. Found my new Ford dealer.

We could not have been happier with our purchasing experience. It was a pleasure to work with Jacklyn. She went above and beyond! We had lots of questions and she thoroughly answered all of them. At the end of our experience, we felt like we had made a friend. We are very happy with our new 2025 F-450! It was also a pleasure to work with Paul, the owner. He was very helpful and super pleasant to work with.

-10... This is the worst shop I have ever been to. I had a 2022 F150 still under warranty. I brought in in with issues and Ford said they could not find anything wrong with it, took it to Rapid City and they found major problems in volving removing the intake manifold and more. Now I just bought a new from Sturgis 2024 F150 with spongy throttle response, engine running rough with getting only 12 miles to the gallon. I brought it into Sturgis and again they found nothing wrong and suggested they drove other pickups and they ran the same way and sent me on my way. My issues continued so I brought it back to them again and there was a new service manager, I explained the same problems were happening and they looked into it, I got a call saying it was done and again Ford said they found no pro
