This place has gone downhill. They messed up my brakes, and other parts in my car. Maybe they are trying to save money nowadays, I'm not sure. They don't care about your car and don't do quality work on it anymore. They also overcharge you by the long run

Brian was rude from the word, "Go!" I told him that my daughter's vehicle's transmission has an issue. Our mechanic said it was the solenoid & they don't do transmission work. He immediately sounded off with, "If they don't do transmission work how do they know what's wrong with it?!" I calmly explained that it was my mechanic, Morris Auto, that she went to, and that they were able to diagnose the issue, they just don't work on transmissions. He just replied, "Oh." He then said we could bring it in & it would cost $118.00 to run a diagnostic on it. I said, "So you don't do free estimates?" He sarcastically stated, "We don't work for free!" I'm from out of town, and my wife and I were traveling through when the charging system on our Mercury Grand Marquis failed. A friend in the area suggested Brian at Auto Village, and boy am I glad he did! Due to my circumstance (we were on the way to Michigan to celebrate our wedding anniversary), Brian worked me into the shop rotation right away and helped me get back on the road. An extremely personable business owner! And I think he did some things for me in the situation that he didn't really have to do. I got a TON of value for the money I spent there. Troy was the technician who did the work on our car. As a small engine mechanic myself, I like to think I know good work when I see it. Troy did a great job troubleshooting the source of the charging system issue (it was an inte
