I had a fantastic experience at Woodbury AutoWorks for my oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They took the time to explain what they were doing, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and had me back on the road in no time. The shop was clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who care about their work and their customers. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Woodbury AutoWorks has earned it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

My wife and I were in the cities for the state wrestling tournament and the cv axle on our Tahoe went out. AutoWorks Automotive Center was able to get it in the next day and had the most affordable service of anyone in the Woodbury area. They did great work and were a pleasure to deal with.

I've taken my Equinox twice to Auto Works. I have had nothing but Honest service from them. The second time they found a part under warranty and fixed for free. They could have told me my Metachlorian count was too high and needed balancing. I also literally just drop my car off during the weekend with the night deposit. Very convenient.

My husband brought our car in for repairs. The cost is already going to be well over $1000. As part of the service, they provided a loaner car, which my husband didn't thoroughly inspect, particularly the back seats. It’s impossible TO SIT INSIDE of this car - it’s covered in dirt, food and not understandable spots and fluids. I've attached pictures for reference. I even tried to clean one seat just to put myself in and do not contract an infection or who knows what . You should feel shame but I know that you don’t . So you charge thousands of dollars to your customers but it’s so hard for you to clean a loaner car between clients at least once or twice per year. P.S. Please do not write something like that I'm not in your system, and I'm writing a fake review.

Went here because the diagnostic fee was less expensive than surrounding shops. Jim assisted me from start to finish, including the initial phone call, communication on all numbers, all the way to payment. They were honest that if it took more time and efforts it could be more but they were able to keep it within original quoted price. They communicated through phone call and text, which was great, and pricing was very transparent. I feel the pricing on the repair was more than fare and the timing was great. They were even flexible on the pick up time without fees since I travel for work. I would choose this shop again for a repair.
