The staff were very personable and helpful. They addressed all my conserns with understanding and expertise. They even created a vehicle report that included inspection details and concerns. Every detail was verified with a photo or explanitory video, so they basically addressed all my questions before I even got the chance to think of them. And, if I did have questions, they went out of their way to make sure that they were answered to my satisfaction. 10/10 service! They even save their report for future reference. Plus, you also get a copy, so even if you're not a car person (like me) you'll leave with a comprehensive understanding of what potential issues your vehicle may come into in the future. After having problems for no heat. I went twice and still bo heat and $1,200 later, and $350 with no call for authorization. This is when I discovered Village Autoworks. Dave and the group over there is great. They were upfront about cost. The car now has great heat, yeah. For under half of the 1,200. Mechanic even talked to me. Thank guys at Village Autoworks.

I brought my Lexus GX470 in to diagnose a power loss issue. They were able to inspect the vehicle the same day, which I really appreciated. While the outcome wasn’t what I was hoping to hear, they were upfront and honest about what they found and did not try to pressure me into an expensive repair that would likely exceed the value of the vehicle. I respect that level of transparency. They didn’t have a loaner available, but they provided an Uber to get me home and back, which is more than many shops will do. Overall, the staff was helpful, professional, and respectful throughout the process.

I own three cars and am meticulous about maintaining them per the maintenance schedule in the owners manual and have only ever gone to the dealers for all maintenance and repairs. Dealer prices for labor and parts have skyrocketed beyond what I can afford on a fixed income. I spent quite a bit of time searching for an independent shop that I can trust and that meets my standards to continue to maintain my cars. I have found it at Village Auto Woodbury. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and above all honest, with reasonable pricing. I am happy with Village Auto.

Absolutely amazing experience. I broke down in the middle of the road. I called them from a Google search. Jason answered the phone with so much compassion while I was in distress. He assured me that he would take care of me and that my first experience would be a good experience. They offered instant towing and put it on my bill. Offered financing. When repairs were finalized, sent an Uber 30 miles to get me. Village Auto went above and beyond five stars.
