I can’t say enough good things about Troy Hocking at Auto Works. He truly went above and beyond to help me with my car situation. My car had over 250,000 miles on it, and he could have very easily talked me into spending money on repairs—but he didn’t. Instead, Troy was honest, compassionate, and respectful of both my situation and how much I loved my little car. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gently helped me come to terms with the fact that it was time to let her go. That kind of integrity is rare. If you’re looking for someone you can trust—someone who genuinely cares and won’t push unnecessary repairs—Troy is your guy. I’m incredibly grateful for his honesty and kindness.

Brought my vehicle in due to a whine under the hood that needed to be diagnosed. The mechanic did a very thorough job not only figuring out that issue, but also finding another minor issue to correct. Very efficient and professional, and reasonable price for the quality work received. Highly recommend.
