They helped me out when I was in a really tough spot with my vehicle, able to get me in same day and even had connections with a local family owned towing company (On My Way Towing). They really went above and beyond when it came to helping out a customer. Respectful, empathetic and honest are some key words I would use to describe the service I received. I was really appreciative that when I asked for their opinion, they didn't fluff up any thing and were up front about what to expect regarding cost. I was expecting to pay twice as much as I did and honestly felt a huge sigh of relief leave my body at the price. Thank you again for everything!

I came in after making an appointment and I told the owner what issues I was having with my air conditioning for 2004 Ford Focus....performed freon evac...changed out leaky valve stems and refill system with correct freon and fired up vehicle and bingo..works awesome..so happy. The shop change the motor mount which we found broken when ever we started the vehicle. Final price was very reasonable and I did not get scammed over. Hard working guys for sure... Very honest and fair price, the fact that they are open on Saturdays is a life saver. I came in thinking I had one issue, they figured out that issue quickly, and not only found a new one I wasn’t aware of, they pulled me out and showed me the issue myself, which is very helpful and more honest than shops that try to make you think you have more issues to get more money. Very pleasant staff, had a wonderful conversation with receptionist while car was getting repaired, and where communicative during the whole process!

I called in a panic at 5pm on a Saturday and had to leave Tuesday morning. My vehicle broke down and ended up getting towed to the shop-almost lost a front driver's wheel. Grease Monkeez Auto Repair made my car a priority, not only that calmed my nerves. The parts for a Tiguan Volkswagon are not easy to come by, however, this company did it! I cannot thank them enough for the best service. They went above and beyond. If you need service on your vehicles, I highly recommend.

This team goes above and beyond. This was a genuine mom-and-pop shop, so we interacted with the owners directly. The whole crew were so knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. They squeezed us into their schedule on a Saturday afternoon and managed to diagnose our car very quickly and get us back on the road in no time. Their team was thorough with great communication between the mechanics, Denise managing the front desk/billing, and the customer. They found and fixed an oversight from another shop! To say their pricing was reasonable would be an understatement— they were downright generous. We cannot thank them enough!
