We had to get some work done on our bumper and after searching a few spots we landed on Auto Works & Company. They had great customer service, gave their quote fast with a few options, and had the service done in about 24 hours after the part arrived. Their customer service is outstanding—even the small touches like everyone asking me if I wanted something to drink while I waited and providing a complementary ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. They also were very communicative after the part that was needed was delayed about a day (not necessarily in their control and they got it back on track after they followed up with the supplier). A thief broke my window as I was at a red light in Oakland. With my baby in her carseat. Scariest thing ever, but thanks to Auto Works for the speedy work on my car to get me back on the road. Great customer service! Kept me informed during the entire process and worked hard to get me the best possible. Will definitely return whenever I need any work done on my car and recommend 10/10.

Wow.....awesome result! Daniel & Yudith and the team were absolutely fantastic in getting my vehicle back on the road with the required standards to ensure future safety. So pleased they were the Body Shop of my choice as they are fully certified and use the OEM parts in making things right again. They change $275 for a diagnosis. If they do the work and they diagnosis isn't a easy find. You will have to pay for the $275 diagnosis fee separately from the repair. If they find the diagnosis quick, they may give a discount on the diagnosis. Too much money wasted.

Incredibly kind and professional team. Throughout the entire process, Daniel, Ivan and the rest of the office staff expressed genuine care and showed great attention to detail. Somehow my car looked better than when I bought it brand new a couple of years ago. Highly recommend.
