I’m incredibly disappointed to be writing this, especially because Auto Works of Ormond INC was a shop we truly trusted. We started going there because they always came across as honest, reliable, and straightforward. We even recommended them to friends and family. But after our recent experience, we no longer feel that way. Six weeks ago, we had an alignment done at Auto Works. Not long after, we noticed all FOUR of our tires — which were brand new — were completely ruined. I’m talking about wires showing, uneven wear, and dangerous damage. When we went to the tire shop, the workers there told us the tires were so bad they were bubbling on the inside and could have blown at any moment. I just picked up my car and have been very happy with the experience. They got me right in and fixed my car the same day. And it was a very reasonable cost. Other places would try to charge me 2 to 3 times more. I highly recommend going here for honest and prompt service!

AutoWorks of Ormond is everything you would want a mechanic shop to be- great quality work, good turnaround time, honest and clear communication, and extremely fair pricing.

I trust Ken at Auto Works of Ormond Beach over any other mechanic I’ve ever been to. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable rate and it is always done right the first time. These guys know their stuff, but they don’t charge you an arm and a leg. It’s a smaller garage, a little off the beaten path but I would not take any of my cars anywhere else. It’s also rare to find an auto mechanic that excels in customer service. It’s no wonder that they stay so busy, But not too busy to get you serviced in a respectable timeframe. It’s as if they truly bend over backwards to make sure that your vehicles are well taken care of and that you’re happy with their service.

He’s a fair and honest mechanic . My wife has taken her cars here for over 15 years . We appreciate being able to take our vehicles to someone we trust .
