I couldn’t do no stars but please don’t be fooled by this place. They sold me a lemon. They did not tell me it had all these leaks on it. Only thing they mentioned was the passenger window didn’t roll down. Which was fine with me at anytime I could have got that fixed. They sold me a non drivable care for another non drivable car. I got this car in September and still haven’t been able to drive it and it is December. I get getting a car as is but if your not going to fix it up then don’t sell it junk it. They told me they would fix the oil valve cover for free so I took it to them. Got it back the next day and it didn’t even look like it was touched still leaking. They told me to bring it in again. Ummm wasn’t fixed the first time so why would I take it in again? So it can’t get fixed agai

I will not recommend these people to anyone. They are horrible people they saw a lady coming in and took advantage of her sold her a car they knew she didn't know anything about cars. They didn't mention anything about a leak. Said they would fix it and didn't the car was still the same. She got It taken care of her self and the person who worked on it said if they did anything they didn't do hardly anything at all. The bolts were so loose he could just pull them out. Not only was it the valve cover she also found out it was the oil sending unit. Then when tried to explain to these guys they told her she lied about the whole thing. She didn't lie it was leaking out of 2 places once the first issue got fixed they found the second issue. I do not recommend.

Had to delete my review to make a new one cause I couldn’t reply or make a new one to reply to it. People do not be fooled by these guys. The guy working on my friends car even said that they “claimed they fixed” they didn’t fix. They offered to fix it again for free yes but why should she keep having to take her car in to get fixed for free? If they was going to do the job the first time they should have done it right. She isn’t taking it back in cause it’s not drivable and these guys are liars. They were down right rude. Telling her she lied about the car in the first place cuz she stated another issue that was found. They did not trade her a drivable car for her non drivable car. They gave her a lemon. They should have told her about the leaks before she bought it but they didn’t. This

I bought my Honda CRV from Jose 5 years ago from the Omaha location. Today I went and traded it to a very nice Toyota Highlander that I absolutely love. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable used car to go to Auto World at any location. Thank you Auto World.
