DO NOT BUY ..DO NOT BUY THEY ARE A SCAM. HAVE THEM SEND YOU THE FULL CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING. Read page 10 Sub Header C for Exclusions. Pretty much they are able to exclude anything and will deny your claim. If anyone is reading this and you have been scammed by them please contact me so we can start a class action lawsuit. The brochure they send you does not have the exclusions on it. They denied my brake caliper claim because they claimed they failed due to rust. Every brand new car at the dealership has rust on the calipers. Im filing a complaint with the BBB next.

Transmission went out… never said they needed 2 years oil change. Husband changed oil and they said that voided my policy. Refused to pay…. This company is a scam!!! Nissan repair said transmission has nothing to do with oil change and they should have paid!!!

This company has been calling Jeff and I incessantly. They use a local number and have now resorted to sending forms in the mail designed to scare unsuspecting folks into paying for an extended warranty. They pose as an official agency and use sample forms of possible repair costs. The one I received claimed that I could potentially owe over $12,000. If you look at the bottom of the document, in tiny print is the company name Auto Assure LLC. A simple google search shows a 1 star google rating with several complaints of fraud. The BBB shows hundreds of complaints as well. If both, Jeff and I have been receiving these scamming attempts then I'm sure others in Columbia City have been. I received a mailer witch made it seem like I had an insurance policy with them and that that policy was near expiring or going to expire. The thing is I've never had an insurance policy with them. When the mail or comes in you can only see the sender as the vehicle notification department. You only see the company letter on the back side in very small tiny letters.

If I could give it 0 stars then I would have. Clearly a scam. The letter I received only missed the trash because it was labeled "Vehicle Services Department". I thought, "Hey, I should open it just in case it is something serious." So I did and skimmed it quick just to learn I've apparently been ignoring them for months, even though I've never gotten a letter from them before today. Anyway I called because I couldn't find the ACTUAL business name clearly stated anywhere in the letter, it was only in fine 8pt font on the bottom at the back (picture attached). A scam as I figured after looking at that fake ass example of a billing invoice they included. Don't be a fool. Just toss the letter. Unless you feel like having fun and annoying some unscrupulous people then just toss it.
