I’ve been using Autobahn Repair Service in Torrance since 2012, when I got into my first accident after being rear-ended at a stoplight. Tony did an absolutely wonderful job repairing my car — and he did it on great terms. Everyone in the office is so warm, kind, and caring. They always make me feel like part of the family, and it really is a true family business. Tony owns the shop now, but his father started it decades ago, and they’ve been serving the community for over 30 years. There’s a reason they’ve been around this long — they treat their customers right and stand behind their work. I’m so grateful for their honesty and quality service, and I highly recommend Autobahn Repair Service to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.

Autobahn is my collision center of choice. Why? They do a great job project managing AND managing the insurance for you to make sure your car is exactly as it was before the accident. They negotiate with the insurance to make sure you get the appropriate part that is required to make sure your care is 100% like it was before the accident. In my case for example the insurance sent an aftermarket head light that did not fully work with my Lexus and James my project manager from Autobahn made sure that I got a Lexus OEM part. Also I like that you get your car back fully detailed so it has a nice touch when you get your vehicle back after an accident. I also had my Porsche there a coulpe of years ago and the owner took extra good care of me back then as well. GO Autobahn :)

I took my vehicle in for a bumper replacement after being rear-ended. I worked primarily with James, but the entire staff went out of their way to be helpful. James did a great job keeping me updated (status with insurance adjusters, parts, etc.). This is the second time in 15 years I've brought a vehicle to Autobahn Collision Center, and I've been extremely satisfied with the service and results both times.

If I ever need a body shop in the future I'd definitely come to Tony's. Tony was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest that he'd spent almost an hour talking me OUT OF fixing my car, a potentially $15K+ job! I have a pretty good idea about auto body and mechanical repairs and visited multiple shops for estimates and opinions before coming to Tony's. Upon seeing my car, Tony pointed out quite a few things that indicated more extensive damage that no other shop had noticed. It wouldn't make financial sense to repair the car due to the extent of damage and I'd be better off accepting a total loss payout from insurance. While there are plenty of people who would fake a smile just to get your business, I didn't expect such genuine, honest businessmen like Tony, especially in the auto repair bus

Took my Mustang in for repairs. Michael and his team did a fantastic job! They even washed and detailed my car inside and out! Highly recommend 😊
