I have been going to Autobahn for about 15 years. It is the best mechanic shop that I have ever worked with. I have taken a BMW 740i, Mercedes 550e, Jaguar XF, and a Range Rover and have had excellent service on all of those cars. They only do repairs that are necessary and they will try to find the cheapest parts possible as well. They are timely and expert at all foreign cars. I have had maintenance and complex repairs handled in a timely and expert manner. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop for any European car.

Zero stars. Avoid Autobahn Smyrna — specifically the owner, Raymond. My girlfriend brought her car in for a specific repair. Instead of honoring the agreed scope of work, additional work was performed without clear authorization and the final invoice came back at nearly four times what was originally discussed. Then came the “I gave you free parts” explanation — which somehow still resulted in a massively inflated bill that she had to pay before they would release her vehicle. Let’s be clear: performing work outside the agreed scope and presenting an inflated invoice after the fact is not professionalism. It’s predatory. What’s even more telling — when I showed up to ask direct questions about the charges, Raymond suddenly didn’t want to engage. He avoided the conversation and insisted
