Autobahn Performance & Repair

I heard good things about this shop and initially it seemed good. The main guy is competent, friendly, and helpful. He seems to want to do good work but I am not sure he always wants the honest best for the customer. We had a good conversation a couple times about what was going on with the vehicle and what to do for it. As a side note, The other font desk person was incredibly uncomfortable and awkward dealing with customers and doesn't know how to answer any mechanical questions. The problems started after deciding to take the vehicle in. They wanted to charge a very high diagnostic fee for limited diagnosing, especially since I had already diagnosed it and told them what it likely was (and that didn't change). Most shops waive the fee, especially if work is done. They waived part of it

I have been coming here off and on for the last 5 years for brakes, regular maintenance, failed fuel injectors, and transmission mounts. Each time they have treated me fairly and have always done a great job in a timely manner. I have always felt like I have always been prioritized and provided quality service. With over 220,000 miles on my car, it it's still running strong thanks to Autobahn.

Great service. After taking my cars in the past to Import Auto and feeling like they just didn't do the best work, I took my Mercedes to Autobahn. Night and day difference, they were thorough, accountable and reasonable. thanks!

Wouldn’t have had any complaints, I think they’re very knowledgeable. I was recommended autobahn by autozone for Volkswagens. Got my car checked out by Jason, he quoted me 860$ for a throttle body replacement. After I said that’s a little out of my price range and asked if there is a diagnosis fee I can pay, he said “there is, it’s 160$, I just don’t like people wasting my time like this”. Did not appreciate that.

I brought Jason my 68 El Camino which was taken care of in a very efficient professional manner. Jason went above and beyond take care of my needs I would highly recommend!! The entire staff and the entire process was very welcoming
