I paid nearly $300.00 to diagnose a window washer pump. Then, $300.00 to replace it. I get my car back and the nosles don't even spray. I took the car back and they still didn't fix the problem. Not a good way to gain repeat customers, sorry.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Autobahn! We take all of our BMWs to Autobahn, and Jason and his team are hands down the best we’ve found in town. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our cars are taken care of. We've done it all at Autobahn: maintenance appointments like oil changes all the way to huge repairs such a transmission replacement. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel this much confidence that the work is being done right, but with Jason and his crew we know we’re in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, expert service!

First off, a big Thank you to Jason, Christy Chad and the entire Autobahn team for turning a nightmare into a dream come true. Working out of town from Texas I bought what I thought was a good vehicle to commute back to work and eventually home. A 2008 A6 Audi was my dream car and I THOUGHT I got a good deal on it until it overheated on my way to work. Brought it to the first shop and they mis diagnosis with an outrageous quote. Spoke to 2 good honest mechanics in the area and they both referred me to Autobahn due to both being booked up and saying that they are the best shop for foreign cars. I called them and despite being booked up as well they made room for me since I was from out of town and stuck in Reno. Towed my car there and was greeted by Christy and that scary stuffed cat in

I highly recommend for Mercedes repairs and service! So happy someone recommended Autobahn Specialties to me!!! They are honest, upfront, reasonably priced, and they actually care!! They have a client for life now!! Also, they fixed my car in one day!

If you have issues with Mercedes vehicles, go to Autobahn! Jason was up front about what was done and to my amazement, fixed the issues I had told him about so fast. I thought I was gonna pay a hefty price, but they only charged me for the diagnostic check. They cleaned up the mess that Meineke left! Thank you!!! I appreciate the professionalism and honesty.
