I want to commend Brandon at the Mackay Rd location in Greensboro. This young man is truly an asset to your company. I have an unlimited plan and go here at least weekly. Brandon is always there to greet me with a smile and “Pina Coloda” fragrance as usual? He always treats my truck with special care and ensures my satisfaction before I leave. Every company needs a Brandon!

I was provided a cursory outreach by someone asking for additional information which I provided and was promised that a manager would contact me shortly. That did not happen... This is totally unacceptable as my new car was damaged by this company, and I simply would like my rims replaced. @autobell. I phoned their corporate office and was also promised that someone would contact me. I sent emails to their C-Suite including Chuck Howard (CEO) David Reep (District Manager) Joseph Noel (District Manager) Stephen Phillips (Chief Information Officer) and Monty Rast (VP of Operations). At this point it's about 'doing the right thing' and I will not go away. Today at the Jamestown @AutobellCarWash, my 2026 Tesla was damaged during the wash. I actually was kind of unimpressed with the quality of work on my vehicle yesterday. The mats were not cleaned very well, the inside was not wiped adequately and the outside was not even wiped down very well. I guess it's my own fault for not following up better when I had my keys returned to me. Typically I have a decent experience with Autobell, but yesterday was not one of them.
