Jamestown oil and tire

I stopped in to see Frank and Jules about brakes for my 2020 Nissan Rogue that were in urgent need of replacement. He gave me a quote that was well below what I was expecting and worked me in that day. Parts were not received until about 2pm on a Friday and he had promised that my car would be finished by the end of the day. The rotors were original to the vehicle and took a LOT of work getting them off. On top of that....the auto parts store sent the wrong front rotors. So off he goes to another auto parts store to get the correct rotors (6 minutes before the store was closing). After a lot of work and going back and forth with the original auto parts store (note..it has an Irish name..lol), the job was finished about 8:30pm. The price was fair, and they got it done really quick without cutting corners. Frank was awesome! He saw me with a flat tire on the road and came to help without asking for anything in return. I chose to buy my tires from him and got them for a very fair price. Later couldn't start the same car and he came to help jump the car. Frank & Jules are the best. I've been going there since they've opened. Frank has fixed many things on my Hyundai Sante Fe and will be replacing my shocks etc soon. I'm always very satisfied with his work. Great prices, even greater work! Very friendly and honest.

He was very communicative during the process and took video to show me what he was doing.
