Autobody usa repaired my 2018 jeep renagade after a winter fender bender. They did a fantastic job and returned it better than new. Highly recommend them

Very poor experience. This vehicle wasn't even meant to be worked on by this shop. It was suppose to be an estimate only, however they started working on it without my consent. after getting the car back the manager was full of excuses on the quality of the work. Didn't seem interested in fixing the issue. In fact he kind of abandoned me for a supposed "management meeting" he needed to attend. Literally told me the damage inside my door jam from the collision was not able to be seen when the doors are shut which is not a valid excuse for their unacceptable quality of work. repairs were not pre-collision quality at all and the spray job was not good at all. There is many other issues with the overall repair quality however I am limited to how many characters I can type for this review and i

They've processed three claims on two of my vehicles in the past eighteen months. All of them were handled in a timely fashion, and one was even expedited due to time constraints. The work has been superb, especially on my 2011 CTS, which has special paint. I couldn't be more satisfied.

They did a great job repairing my vehicle. I would definitely take anything else. I need done to the shop.

Front of ar on drivers side totally broken up and fender but returned back to us lookin brand new we give them a five star thanks so much if you want it done right we recommend you go to them first you Won’t regret it
