Ordered an alternator. Got charged, never received the alternator. Looked up order details, says “invalid order” but I was charged nearly $300. Customer support is a bot voicemail, this site is a scam and the person responsible should be put in jail for fraud. Hard to believe this site is still up. Is anyone gonna report them?

I found Autocado online and had an amazing experience. I called their customer service and got ahold of Sam who was knowledgeable on all products. I was looking for some replacement parts on my Toyota vs buying from the dealership & the savings were GREAT. The shipping was surprisingly fast & free arriving at my house in a couple of days.
