I haven't had service here yet, but I took my car here after being told by a larger brake place that I needed new brakes. Turns out I didn't need new brakes and still have many miles left. They sent me on my way. Incredibly nice and honest folks! They will be getting my future business!

We were on vacation in Myrtle beach. The alternator on my Honda Accord went out. I contacted Auto Care specialists and they immediately got my car in and repaired quickly within the same day. What an outstanding team! Thank you so much Johnny and staff for getting my issue taken care of in a quick and professional manner! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area! Jay

We were visiting our grandson here in Myrtle Beach when our jeep engine light came on. We called Autocare and they got us in the next day. They were very honest and did only the work we needed, did not try to sell us work we didn't need. If you have a problem I would high recommend them for you car problems.

This place appears to be a family owned business that does good, honest, fairly priced work. I’ve been in there twice and left very satisfied both times. They are now my go to mechanics. Sorry guys; I don’t give anyone a five star rating.

I wish i could give a lower rating that’s for sure! Called and BOOKED an apt a day in advance and purchased the part myself. I showed up on time and specifically requested just the brake pads to be replaced. I decided to wait and they come to me about 30 mins into waiting telling me my rotors were shot and needed replaced too. Shocker- they didn’t!! Then they proceeded to wait another hour and tell me they can’t do the brakes at all because of my electrical brake system. This can be bypassed multiple ways as i went to another RELIABLE shop afterwards to help fix their mistakes. And to TOP it all off they smoked cigarettes in my car! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would go to Brakes 4 Less on 501, they will get you right!
