Mr Jim - Professionalism personified. 30+ years experience, Mercedes specialist - but down to earth professional. I'm glad I met him. My Dash Cam was falling off, and BestBuy had its own process of appointment even for a 3 to 5 minutes job. And long waits for suitable slots. A Google search pointed Auto Accessories and glad that I went. Mr Jim rushed and helped with setup in less than 5 minutes. Highly appreciate: no appointment, walk in, he is hands full with work, but just attended me. I will visit again for any of my auto needs in the future.

Jim and his team do an excellent job! He has installed Carplay systems on both my wife's and my older Mercedes (2012 and 2016). Though there were some glitches and learning curves Jim has personally walked us through any pickups and system problems and has showed only the highest level of customer service that 1 could possibly expect! Have nothing but the best things to say about him and his business. You cannot go wrong here. Would definitely give him a call for any needs for your vehicles. 5 stars from me and EXCELLENT++++++++!!

I’ve owned my 2006 SL500 for several years but have always wanted an updated infotainment system. I heard of Jim LaPlant thru word of mouth from local Mercedes dealers all over Atlanta. I finally took my car in and am OVERJOYED with the results. The customer service was outstanding! Jim was ready to work on the car as soon as I dropped it off and had the install WITH BACK UP CAMERA completed the same day! The install looks completely factory and I’m thrilled. I definitely will be bringing my car back for more upgrades. Service is great and pricing is fair! I would 110% recommend getting work on your beloved car done by Jim!! -Ben

I can't express how much I appreciate how Jim and Case go above and beyond all expectations. They have worked on my cars for years and just wanted to send a note of appreciation to them. I had my newest vehicle worked on and and I am still amazed how much time and care they took to finish my vehicle.
