I took my BMW here to repair my badly sun-damaged carbon fiber roof, along with some other various small body issues. Let me preface this review by saying, I called nearly 30 body shops in the Greater Atlanta area and only found 3 that even wanted to see my carbon fiber roof for an estimate. Most shops do not want to deal with carbon fiber repairs due to complexity and risk. Of the three shops, Flatline Autoworks both had the best priced quote and was the only one to provide a full parts and labor cost estimate breakdown. I would highly recommend Flatline Autoworks to anyone looking to repair a car!! They got us in quickly, worked directly with our insurance provider and made my car look brand new again!!! We worked with Matthew and he was very responsive provided updates on the status of my car before I could even reach out. I’m very happy with the entire process! I got rear ended a few weeks ago and took my truck to Flatline Autoworks in Cumming…and I am glad I did! The repair on my truck looks phenomenal. I’m a meticulous person. I notice details. And when I saw flawless, I mean it. Not only did they FIGHT with the opposing parties adjuster to get a proper replacement done to make my truck look brand new again (insurance tried cutting corners initially to minimize cost but we ended up getting factory replacement parts in the end) BUT: I was also surprised this afternoon when I picked it up to see they had washed and detailed my truck…inside and out.
