Love brining in my vehicles to this shop!!! Extremely professional and they do amazing work. They worked on my wagon a couple months ago that was in a rear end accident. Left it looking better than ever!

AutoCraft on Main St. in Springfield has repaired my vehicles a total of 3 times, and they’ve done an outstanding job all 3 times. This is the only shop I’ve used where a return visit wasn’t required to address something missed. When they call you to tell you your car is ready, they mean it! The beautiful repairs performed matched with Tissha’s excellent job of keeping me in the loop on the repair status will have me returning here whenever I’m unfortunate enough to need repairs.

Amazing work; highly recommended. I needed to have some paint buffed out of my Lexus where I scraped my car door against my garage door frame. Dana was super helpful, did a great job, and my car was back to normal that same day. Wonderful customer service.

I've had some less than positive experiences with body shops in the past but AutoCraft fully met my expectations! I'm very detail oriented and fussy and all I can say is that the service and workmanship was superb and I highly recommend this shop.

I just purchased a 2020 kia Optima. Drove it for 11 days before a distracted driver slammed into me while I was at a dead stop. Through my insurance, which was progressive, i was sent to auto craft in springfield. Let me tell you... not only did they do the very best they could but they went above and beyond for me. When my rental was up and they needed a few more days they paid my rental for me so I could keep going to work. There was some bumps threw this process but only because my car was brand new and parts weren't stocked at parts stores, which really wasnt there fault. If you need any body work done I highly recommend Derrick and his shop. The integrity they all have is a blessing and reassuring.
