If I could give them more stars, I would! When I say they went above and beyond, it is not an exaggeration. My car looks like new! I was in a minor accident that left the whole driver's side of my car dented and scratched up and no telling the damage to the underside as I had ended up in a ditch with some big rocks. You wouldn't know any of that had happened! She's beautiful. I am so grateful to everyone at Autocraft for the work that they did it was no small job. The manager was very hands-on during the whole process and talked to me personally on several occasions during the repairs. They were very backed up when I brought my car in and were super nice to take it in. With how busy they were, they got the repairs done in record time, in my opinion. I definitely recommend. UPDATE 6/15/2024: The business reached out to me through google reviews asking me to contact them so they can address the concerns. With some hesitation I called them and scheduled them to fix the issues to the fender and swirls on the drivers side door. I have added photos of the re-work, anything that looks like an issue in the new photos are just reflection of clouds as the clear coat is like glass. The work took less then five days and they really did a good job this time around. The issues are completely repaired and the three panels they worked on (both drivers side doors and front fender) are now the nicest looking panels on the car. I can’t thank Bob and Robert enough. They stayed open late for me, gave me an estimate immediately, and even fixed my bumper that was hanging down. That level of customer service is rare. Highly recommend!

they did quite a few extra things for me that I didn't request but that i really appreciated. worked on a Saturday to meet my deadline, detailed the interior of my car, buffed a few areas on my car no charge, and smoothed out my bent license plate for me. nice work guys!
