AutoDome

We've had our two 10-year old cars serviced at AutoDome for the past three years and have been very pleased. Igor and his team do good work and we have found him to be very trustworthy. He takes the time to explain things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and, on more than one occasion, has looked at an issue, offered a quick remedy and did not charge us. He's about the long-term relationship which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

He always takes the wishes of his clients very seriously and with great responsibility. The quality of the repair work is excellent. I have used Igor twice now. Once for a broken side mirror that needed to be replaced, and once for body work. He is extremely reasonable, honest and trustworthy. Really nice guy, hoping to give more business to in the future. Highly recommend!

The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity! Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!

Igor is great. He cares about his customers and provides quality work at the most efficient prices. He even shows you exactly what was done on the vehicle for transparency. I will continue to go back to Autodome for service. Thank you Igor!!
