I have been going to Mikes More Miles for over 20 years with the transition from Don to Rob. Nothing has changed The management is superior. I always leave there knowing I had my vehicle serviced properly and the price is right. I recently had some exhaust service done and the technicians are superior. They are knowledgeable. I love this shop. They stand by their work, and go above and beyond to fix any mistakes. Today my car battery died at work (in Libertyville). Got it jumped, then it died again. I was terrified as it was 20 degrees, snowing, and just wanted to get safely home to my kids in Beach Park. A friend suggested to call Mike More Miles since they installed my new battery, and it was noticed that the battery was extremely loose. I called, spoke to Sam, pretty much hysterically sobbing. He sent the owners' dad (Papa Rob) out to help me, all the way in Libertyville. He tightened the battery, jumped my car, then followed me all the way to the shop in Waukegan to make sure I didn't get stranded if the car died again. I dropped my vehicle off for brake service and was pleasantly surprised that the price was the best in town. The level of service I received was far better than any of the previous experiences I had at the draler. Ryan was able to beat the previous price quote that I received from shopping around. I thought it would take most of the day for the repair so I was shocked when he called and told me my car was ready. They even provided me a ride home as I awaited the repair. Mike More Miles will get my business going forward.

Amazing customer service. I went to them as a referral from a family member. They went above and beyond to get my van fixed and made sure the price was right. I also like the stamp card for oil changes. Get the card stamped 3 times 4th one is free. They also gave a complimentary ride home which was awesome. They offer two programs to help pay based on 3rd party approval. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Had my first ever experience with this automotive shop. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I entered the shop. I was very impressed with the time , quality and service they provided me today . I’ll be returning for all my future car care / repair needs .
