Unfortunately, this shop is not equipped to service older Sprinter vans. Despite that, they “completed work” for us. We were back a week later with the same issue- which they misdiagnosed once again, and sent us on our way. Upon returning a third time with the same issue, they directed us to a different mechanic in Golden saying that they weren’t comfortable doing anything more involved and weren’t confident they could get parts. None of these things were brought up on our initial visit. When the mechanic in Golden inspected our vehicle, they found issues with some of the previous “completed work”. We approached AutoHaus with a request for reimbursement of the costs we spent, or to re-do the work as it was under warranty. They took the van back in and informed us they didn’t think there w
