I was a reseller for this company for many years, They have always done a really bad job at hitting their lead times, but always eventually got products out. Unfortunately over the past few years the service and communication have gotten worse. They started only taking Zelle and requiring payment up front before they produce and ship the product, which is a huge red flag for businesses. They have now become unresponsive, with Thousands of dollars of my customers money, I have sent emails 6 times a day for a week. The last response i got was a few weeks ago, where they said they couldn't respond because their road was closed due to construction.... clearly a stalling tactic, we are headed to small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I’ve now received the Autokits V2 diffuser twice, and both times the product arrived in unacceptable condition. The first diffuser came cracked. The second one, after weeks of waiting, arrived cracked again, with terrible finish and discoloration all over. The carbon fiber weave is inconsistent, the clear coat looks cheap, and overall the part feels like it skipped any real quality control. After all the delays, this is extremely disappointing. Autokits is putting out a product that feels like trash, and it’s not something I can recommend to anyone looking for quality aftermarket parts.

I ordered the AK front lip with the help of Jhonatan, got it within the month (ordered on December 1). There was a little bit of a delay to get shipped but arrived on time and with no damage despite the holiday season.

Purchased a carbon fibre diffuser mid last year. Received the product 2 months after in a damaged state with cracks all over. After contacting them, they lied that they sent a new repalcement and stopped responding. Granted, logistics were messed cause of COVID19, waited 5 months and still nothing. Poor customer service, with email replies once a fortnight and sketchy quality products. Save your time, effort, and money. Don't buy from these people.

Jhonatan and this company as a whole are really unorganized and should be evaluated for their lack of communication to their customers. From my understanding, they used to never be like this and all of a sudden, it’s as if their company and business practices went out the door. I requested for shipping address to be updated the moment I ordered the V2 diffuser and now the moment when they’re about to ship, they’re asking if it’s the correct shipping address. I have contacted them prior to that which confirmed that no one checks their emails. When you call them, it immediately goes to voicemail. It’s like you cannot get ahold of them what’s so ever. I am still waiting for an update in regards to my order but who knows when I will even hear from them.
