They turn off your car whenever they please, making you late for work even if you are just 1 day late. They turn it off if you don’t pay the full coverage insurance that you are required to have even on really old cars. I understand if it’s for the car payment but common one day late, and sometimes not even for the car payment, as a mentioned above just insurance. Don’t purchase a car on either of the automarts here in McAllen!

I wouldn’t recomend this place to my friends and family at all. Once your insurance gets expired they shut down your car, sucks for us that we need to move to make money. And this is only my fist month with them, don’t know what to expect next Update: turns out that the truck I bought with them has transmission problems!! I gave it to them back to fix it but not a single call on how they going, anyways, they still call me to keep paying the truck…how they want me to keep paying something that it’s not with me or either working!!! Please don’t ever buy in this place. New Update: Almost 2 years paying $200 biweekly and the total amount owed doesn’t go down as expected.

I hate the fact you need to have full insurance on the car and if you don't they turn off your car I was literally stuck in express way I understand it's there vehicle but still especially full coverage the amount it is more 200$ they should be able help out the buyers not have the face they can turn off the car when they please hopefully I am done paying this vehicle off don't recommend getting car here at all

Worst experience I have ever had it has not been more than a month and my car has broken down three times now they are telling me they are going to replace the parts with junkyard parts

I was not notified when my car got shut off even though I had called that same day to make a payment. They claimed I did not have insurance but in reality I just had a different policy number. They “postponed” my next payment date yet they charged me 2 payments instead of pushing the dates forward.
