Recently I experienced an issue with a repair done at Auto Collision Experts (A.C.E.). I disputed the repair with A.C.E. and Miguel. Our misunderstandings turned into a negative experience for the both of us. Miguel responded immediately. After a second visit, he diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and then refunded the original cost of the repair. He also made it a point to reconnect with me again and make sure I was satisfied. We started out on the wrong foot, but at this point, I am willing to give him a second chance. Miguel stepped up, showed his integrity and resolved my issue. As always, they put the customer first!
