I’ve been taking my cars here for a couple years and they’ve always been a pleasure to work with. They’re very quick with their work and it’s good quality too! I’ve never had an issue with anything they’ve done on my cars. I brought my car in at 8am this morning and an hour and a half later they called saying it was done! I recommended this shop to everyone and anyone!!

I will never take my car anywhere else. As long as Richie will keep the place open and running I will be a loyal customer! And I recommend all of my friends and family here whenever they are having car issues. The most honest and transparent people, they are fair on their prices and fast and friendly. I know that I never have to worry when I bring my car in. Thank you for all that you do!!

I had my starter replaced. I didn't know when they would get to it. It was not same day service. It was going to take a couple weeks to pay in full. I offered to make a partial payment then and finish payment without receipt of my car until I finished payment in a couple weeks. The owner response was that they were going to leave my car outside off premise with the window rolled down and told me it wasn't on them if something happened to my car because I couldn't pay in full immediately. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service.

My brakes were making weird noises so I scheduled to come in here to have it checked out, and got an oil change & tire rotation as well. They did the brake inspection first and then called me to let me know exactly what they recommend and the pricing. They were very transparent with everything they were doing and what the associated charges were for. I have had some bad luck with other places, so I was scared to have to take my car in anywhere. It is a huge relief to know I can take it here and not have unnecessary work/charges recommended. Plus the work was done quickly and I got my car back the same day. The value, communication, and honesty were top notch!

Tldr; I needed help with a hardstart/idle issue and was charged $100 for a Quick OBD II scan (which I didn’t need), a car start, and an oil check. Will not use, nor recommend these guys. I have a car that has a hardstart/idle issue. After spending a lot of time and effort trying to solve it myself and failing, I decided I needed help from someone with more than the meager knowledge I have; so I took it to Automotive Diagnostic Center to have them find the problem. I made sure that I provided them, both in written and verbal form, a comprehensive description of the problem and the actions that I had taken to try to solve it so that they would have a good starting point.
