Spoke to him on the phone trying to work for him in a good manner and all he said was no and hung up.
Worst Con Artists in the business. I came after checking my trailer tires and noticed that the lug nuts had come loose. I asked them to please tighten my lug nuts on my trailer, and they charged $100. I can have a full tire swapped dismounted and mounted for $50 in phoenix or california. These guys didn't even have to take the tires off. Just take an impact and tighten the lug nuts back down, and they wanted $100 for 2 minutes worth of work. Despicable CROOKS and CHEATS at this place. DONT EVER GET YOUR TRUCK FIXED HERE EVER!
Not a truck driver, but I blew out a tire on the freeway a few miles away (just bought the car and found out there was no lug wrench to change the spare). They helped me out so much, I’m not the usual customer, but want to point out their willingness to help regardless. Thank you!
Called here told me to come to shop then had me wait for over hour then said my mechanic isn’t answering then talked very disrespectful
Got a patch on drive tire on a Sunday. $80. Tire was leaking air after they patched it. Had to stop at Southern Tire the next day. Very poor workmanship. Definitely will not be back. Patch from Southern tire still holding strong, no issues
