I want to publicly congratulate Mike and his family. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. These people really went out of their way to help me. Above and beyond is saying it in a very limited way. I really appreciate it and know that God was a part of this. They really tried to help me locate a difficult issue with electrical and they found it, and were able to fix it. For the negative reviews I want to encourage people that read those that sometimes people just have hard days. So anyhow, I just want to encourage you to come here, because they are honest and trustworthy and will try to help you. Also, they got me in almost right away. And had me out next day. Heading to Phoenix from Tucson, all of a sudden, my check engine light started blinking, indicating a problem either with A cylinder coil or my spark plugs. It definitely needed to be serviced immediately. I had a meeting up in Phoenix later that afternoon. I pulled into Mike’s, not knowing what to expect, he got me in and out of there in no time, with excellent service and honesty. Would not hesitate for one second to go back if needed. They did an excellent job!

Car broke down on I10 and had to towed here. They got my car fixed the next day and didn’t overcharge. Don’t let the area and garage fool you. This mechanic won’t gouge or take advantage of you. If I lived in Eloy I’d go back. Thank you Mike’s Auto for getting my car up and running again!

I am a woman who was driving alone from Tucson to Scottsdale in brutal 115 degree weather, when my Jeep's transmission temperature warning light came on about a mile shy of the Eloy exit. I pulled off at Eloy and stopped by the Napa Auto Parts store to seek advice. The Napa guys recommended Mike's Auto and even called owner Miguel "Mike" Tovar to see if he could take me right away and, fortunately, he could. It's easy to miss the shop because it's a plain white storefront with no sign, but the name is on a small mail box by the curb.
