i am very disappointed in this company. we have had the same rep. for years and thought we had a good relationship with him. After today, obviously not. We called and left a message saying we needed tire plugs to our business 2 weeks ago, and never got a return call. So today we called again, as we had used our last one, and we got a return call that was beyond obnoxious. I was told by their Rep. that he was "done" with us because we didn't spend enough money with them. And that all we get is tire plugs. Well i am sorry but i run a business, and i don't care if you spend 5.00 or 5000.00 with me, you all deserve the same respect and treatment. So he may have said he is "done" with us....but we are DONE with them!!!...I can get my supplies anywhere!!!!...Plus just to add...our business is le
