was an inexperienced buyer and they played me. Sold me a 2011 Chevy Malibu for 16k was worth far less at the time looking around under 8k. Put a down payment of 2k and the financing started at 14k with almost 20% Apr. after I graduated so I didn’t know much about all the car buying stuff until later on. this place is connected with pinnacle they stay texting for a “newer” vehicle to trade in with after saying no many times. plus the car has plenty of problems I’ve had to deal with.

Overall a pretty great experience. Applied online and started providing information via email with Kyle. When we got to dealership we waited about 30 minutes and got approved. Then test drive a couple vehicles. Found the one we bought and really like. Very clean and nice car. Kyle and Cody were very friendly and worked with us.

Would not recommend! Had to have my transmission replaced twice within 6 months, without a car for weeks at a time & the loaner car broke down on me also! Advised to speak with the service dept, wasn't offered a loaner car again & time frame of when work will be down is never correct so don't expect for them to be helpful to find out more info for you. Won't be getting a car from them again
