Sure, Ted is part of the Automotive Engineering Specialties "family" so maybe he may be a bit biased; nevertheless, I believe I was fortunate that Jiffy Lube recommended this place. I can confidently say I found a great place to bring mine and my childrens vehicles there and know I will not be lied to or taken advantage of. I googled where is the nearest car inspection place and I couldn't be more thankful for google for helping me find this place. As soon as walked through the door ( eddy) was on the phone and immediately wrapped up his call to take care of a customer walking in. Went in to get an appointment for inspection and was able to go in the next day. They are fast are thorough! Customer service there is phenomenal! Eddy is kind, knowledgeable & HONEST. eddy (edward) and the other gentleman working there were excellent. both were professional, honest, genuinely kind. they handled my state emissions test efficiently. did exactly what they’re supposed to do, despite how cumbersome the process can be. you can tell they care about doing things the right way. treating people with respect. definitely recommend this shop. i’ll absolutely be coming back

I was referred to this shop by a family member after they had some work done here and were very happy with the service and price. I made an appointment for my car to get some work done on the exhaust and I also left ready to recommend them to anyone that needs a good mechanic. The price was fair and the work that needed to be done was explained in a way I could understand.
