I had such a positive experience here. Although the issue with my vehicle was ultimately something that had to be taken care of by the dealership; Alex, the technician was thorough in his diagnosis. He made sure to have my husband and I come in he and explained step by step what he encountered on his end. He brought out his scanner, provided codes and printed out copies for us to keep. I really appreciated the transparency. I also want to say that Jasmine, who did our intake, was also lovely and patient. Overall I can say that from now on I’ll be bringing our family vehicles to this shop. They have gained my trust and future business. Thank you APR!

My initial inquiry was regarding an air suspension system, but after further consultation with the knowledgeable technicians, I opted for a custom muffler, pipe, exhaust, and resonator delete. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise displayed by the technicians. Despite my limited knowledge of car culture and my numerous questions, they consistently provided insightful answers and examples. Jasmine, Alex and Manuel, were very friendly, and pleasant to work with, and communicate with. I couldn't be more pleased. The work I had done to my car, was priced reasonably, based on the complexity of working on my particular vehicle. I am very appreciative that APR provided Lyft rides to and from their shop. That's not something a lot of repair shops provide. In conclusion: I am extremely pleased with the service work and repairs done to my car at APR. I highly recommend them.

Anyone looking for great quality repairs this place is it. I've known Alex for a couple of years, he's done work on my cars in the past and always does a great job. This guy knows his stuff, super professional and honest. I've had AC work on my car and most recently had a steering column and suspension issue and Alex found the issue right away and did the repair and came out perfect. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
