I am writing to share a deeply contrasting experience with two towing companies, which underscores the critical importance of reliability and professionalism in emergency services. My need began with a call to my roadside assistance provider, which dispatched Castro’s Towing. After confirming with their dispatcher that help was on the way, I was left stranded for over two hours. This unacceptable delay culminated in being informed that Castro’s Towing had no drivers available, a failure in basic service delivery. The dispatcher demonstrated a profound lack of competence and experience, resulting in a complete breakdown of communication and leaving me in a perilous situation without aid or clear updates. AAA+ Service. On time, very reasonable rates, professional, and very experienced. I highly recommend Ibarra’s towing. Their truck was clean, and equipment was solid. Hands down the best towing service in the areas of Tehachapi, Bear Valley Springs, Stallions Springs and Mojave. Other towing services wanted twice the amount Ibarra’s towing charged me.

We broke down in Mojave and it felt like nothing was going right til we connected with Vincent at Ibarra Towing. He was fast, friendly, and affordable. Very accommodating and professional. There is not one thing I could think of that could have made it a better experience. Thank you for taking care of my car and family.

My car broke down right when I got off the 99 at Panama. I had just enough momentum to pull safely into the AMPM parking lot. Called for a tow and the gentleman was there relatively quickly considering other tow services I have used in the past. He was friendly and very courteous. He treated my car with care and respect while loading and unloading. I would 100% recommend them if you find yourself needing a tow.
