Ordered parts and gave phone number as requested by owner in case anything went wrong with order or processing. I Waited a week for my order, After explaining I needed these parts to move on with my trip. He said he understood and would call if there were any issues. A week later, I call to find out where my order is??. And was told my CC didn't go through and I have to wait for a call back from the owner. But did not receive a call, per prior conversation with owner. Not reliable and seems they could care less This is over a $100 order.!!! As a business owner I would want to make sure any order was fulfilled and my customers are happy. No matter their location If you want reliable service and communication and your parts on time....
