Going to take a pass on future recommendations for TV and Motion Picture use. Fundamentally, they make a good product, however, we've found the technical advice over the years to be flawed, (1 example being their recommendation to mix a stock main cap bolt with one of their fasteners on the same same main cap), to the quality of their own in house marketing personnel being far substandard with regard to communication. To make the positive recommendations that we are sought out for requires both a quality product and qualified people behind the scenes, the two go hand in hand, and is why our recommendations are beyond reproach. Dealers in Europe are waiting for orders since January/February. What is going on? There is no one to contact, we have no ETA on the parts, no response from ARP. It is unreal to reach someone. People are missing Paid races, summer is here, a lot of People cannot finish and enjoy they're cars because of you. This is terrible. Get your stuff together, or people will turn to other companies to start produce your products or even china. China already has started to produce cheap Replica ARP bolts.

Experienced a little hiccup with one of Arp’s head bolts in a LS kit. Customer service was super friendly and helpful. They even offered to send me a single replacement bolt.
