My family has trusted these men for years. they are very skilled, very honest and knowing. If your car does not need work they will tell you and let you know what's needed for your car. I brought my car in once and they pointed out it was a loose fitting, and sent me on my way after quickly re connecting it no charge. Any other mechanic would have made something up and charged me for it.

Great people and they'll take care of you. If you need some work done and wanted to be treated fairly, this is your place.

Who sleeps at night knowing you took a person money and gave them back a broke car and then tells you your out of luck? Well! That was my experience here $700 and three weeks later and my car is having the exact same problem as when I drop it of three weeks ago!

The best I have found in Joplin, no doubt! I want to give Norman and his son a hug everytime I go in because they seem to really care about looking out for their customer and they're so likeable. They don't just get you in and get you out (unless that's what you want, with which, they can do that too). We all hope to find a trustworthy shop and someone we can count on to be reliable and not rake us over the coles... Automotive Service Center is that, the guys you can trust. I won't go anywhere else.

We were traveling through the area last December and a brake line ruptured on our pickup. I called other places and didn't have any luck getting it in for repairs. I called these guys and got right in. We were on the road a few hours later. Great work at a fair price. Thanks guys.
