I stopped in the other day and was acquiring knowledge on an old Toyota rear axle. The sales representative was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond! I was extremely satisfied with my service there. Not only did he find he information I needed, he provided resources, additional information, and extremely precise information. Called at 445, they close at 5. Said I would be there by 5:03. Asked if he would still be willing to sell me the part, he said yes and asked what kind of car I would be in. Pulled up right in front of the door knocked, someone looked at me. Saw me waiting. Hid behind the counter... You could have just told me no we close at 5. Pretty irritating.
