Doesn’t price match their own website. 3 women sitting at the desk, only one actually helps for parts. It’s very obvious they don’t care to actually help anyone and she has her script down, “it states on the website price may be different in store.” We will go elsewhere

Will never recommend anyone to purchase or take your vehicle here for repairs. My sister bought a 2023 Chevy Traverse there on November 4,2023. Since then, we had to take it there 3 separate occasions on different engine codes. The first time (march 23) was 4 days, the second time (june 23), 2 days and now...over a week. Their communication sucks, especially on their texts. Robert is our service writer, which seems like he's always off. Mike, his partner, acted like he had better things to do at the time I called. It's like they always have an excuse on why it's not fixed. It's ridiculous how they treat women, especially. I have been in the vehicle industry for over 20 years. It shouldn't take this long, especially with no communication to get my sister's car fixed. Or better yet, get some

I took my car in after my car slipped into first gear while on the freeway. The first time I took it in for this issue they were very friendly and helpful. They found the issue was corroded connectors and said they won't charge me for the visit and it was good to go. I drove it for nearly 10 months before the same issue restarted so I took it back to them. They claimed that they had just gotten the bulletin for the repairs but that bulletin was dated a year prior to my issue presenting. At that point my manufacturer warranty had expired and they charged me $400 for the repairs they should have done 10 months when my warranty was still active. I would highly recommend not going to them because they should have covered this issue.
