This place is amazing! I had a deal with another dealership that sold the car out from under me, I called and the next day autonation jeep dodge had me in the same make and model in less than 3 hours! Overall, this has been the worst Jeep dealership experience I’ve had in and around Denver. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for a squeaky noise that sounded like it was coming from the shocks. I explained that the noise seemed to be on the right side—likely the front right—though I couldn’t say with complete certainty. I also requested an oil change and asked for an assessment of my tires, as I knew they were likely nearing replacement. I was told everything would be checked thoroughly and that the vehicle would likely be ready in 2–3 weeks. Instead, it took over five weeks. The oil change was never completed util the day of pick up when I reminded them, and when I picked up the vehicle, it was still making the original noise.
