AutoNation Collision Center Austin

I called AutoNation Collision Center last month and Jason Alves answered the phone. I briefly explained him about my 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited estimates I received from my Insurance Company. Jason took the time to throughly explain the repair process. He also gave me his phone number. I made an appointment with him and I took the vehicle on January 13, 2026 to AutoNation Collision Center. My wife and I were greeted by a lady named Amenda. She was so kind she offered us coffee. I told her that I have an appointment with Jason Alves. Jason came and introduced himself. He was very nice and introduced himself and welcomed us. My trip last January 5 to AutoNation Collision Center was simply great from the moment I arrived. A lady receptionist was so kind that she even offered me coffee as she looked for someone to take care of me. Jason Alves, one of the collision estimators, appears to be knowledgable about car repairs, etc. He even gave me some consoling remarks about PTSD. Moreover, Jason explained the procedure and promised to provide me with updates until our RAV4 was ready for pick-up, which he did. When I arrived at the facility, I was stunned when I saw our car, which had been restored to almost new condition. He significantly exceeded my expectations.

This is the second vehicle I had repaired with Autonation Collision Center. They made a fantastic job on my truck, and the work on the Forerunner was just a good. Excellent results and fast friendly services. Thank you.

Had my spark plugs changed and was told they did all checks and whistles and when I got home my check engine light came on that my cylinder 3 is misfiring my O2 sensor is not working.....now how in the world can they just say they did all this checking and mind you had the car there for 4 hours and just to have all these issues that they say the checked for and say nothing to me? This place is a rip off and a waist of time .... definitely will reach out to a layer for legal advice on this one.... horrible place to have work done on your vehicle!.

Hands down the best car repair service I’ve ever had. Jerry was my assigned specialist after my collision. He had great communication with me while working with a difficult insurance. He gave me timely updates, and genuinely cared to get my car fixed to its original state. My car looks spotless!
