AutoNation Collision Center Delray

I got into a accident and had to get repairs here, I worked with Tom, he went above and beyond and was amazing service! I have a Cla 250 and he was so quick & helpful throughout the process! 10/10 recommend.

My car was hit by somebody who ran a red light and I had to go through their insurance company, State Farm. They referred me to AutoNation’s collision center in Delray, and I’m so glad that they did. I worked with Cheryl and had an excellent experience from start to finish. My car was repaired and returned in a week. The workmanship was fabulous, The customer service and communication throughout the entire process were outstanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend AutoNation collision center to anyone in need of quality repairs.

Several details were the reason of a 3 stars rate. After 30 on body shop, the car work looks nice until I got home on a raining day. Front light was replaced with crack one that allows condensation get in, the hood got several scratches under it and a part under the bumper got stock and generate check engine. Car was brought back. The rework ended up on a full removal of the bumper, fix the part that got damaged by them (by the way, the shop mgr try to blame me for the check engine error), installed a brand new light and repaint the inner part of the hood. As expected, the initial paint job god somehow damaged

I had to have work on my Mercedes E350 to correct repairs that were poorly done by another shop. Rich was fantastic at outlining what needed to be done and stuck to the timeline and pricing originally discussed with me. And, most importantly, the repairs were done very well, restoring my vehicle to excellent condition.

I had my brand new 2024 BMW X4M Comp broken into and my insurance told me to come here to fix the repairs (broken window and damage to my seat and windowsill). I had a great experience. I love how the majority of their staff are knowledgeable, educated women too! Really was a cool to see and experience! Cheryl was great to work with who helped me through this process. Overall, I am very pleased!
